New engine range??

Just called into a SEAT dealer near work and heard the sales guy telling a customer that a new range of engines are on the way soon.

Couldn't hear anything else.

Anyone any ideas?

TSi engines replacing TFSi ?

Yep. TSI & CR TDI are already in the FL Leons

all new SEATs now come with tsi petrol engines!

Except the Cupra and Cupra R. They still have the TFSI engine.......they just call it the TSi now.

Thought the new cupra and R (might be just the R) had a revised unit with a different belt driven fuel pump or something..... or am i talking drivel again?

I think the R just has an uprated cam driven pump. The Cupra still has the same cam driven pump as the pre FL.

we did originally think that going by the press release, but sadly it doesnt

oh well. A factory uprated pump would've been just the job.
