Over the last week or so, I've noticed that I've been getting a slight grinding come from the rear brakes under light braking.
Had a look at the outer pads/disc, and thought they looed 'ok', but to be on the safe side, I ordered up some new EBC discs and Ultimax pads from Bill @ Badger5 (£60 all in

Sunday morning I got my tools out and spent just over 1.5hours fitting the new stuff. Not bad I thought
Looking at the old discs/pads, they have got plenty of life left in them (only done 28k), so I'm not sure why they were grinding
All sorted now though, no more grinding!
Whilst I was in the process of fitting the new discs, I painted the 'hub' part with high temp aluminium paint, to stop them from rusting. Will see how long it lasts! Just painted it straight onto the metal, no primer etc, so I'm not expecting miracles, but it's better then the discs rusting anyway!
Next job will be to fit the 312's when I get them delivered!!
