the guys from cr are taking my turbo and converting it into a k4, so i need nothing, downpipe all fits as it the standard turbo housing and flanges

its not a k04 then, its a k03 hybrid!!!!!!

you'll need - FMIC, remap, full turbo back exhaust system, 3" maf housing, bigger injectors, TIP, maybe new clutch, filter

best off having high flow manifold too, o yeah and bigger brakes, better suspension too

its not cheap for all those who think it is AT ALL

i got a k03s hybrid,

Ian there is no difference ko3 hybrid to ko3s hybrid is there as just one as more blades than the other, so would it be correct to say you will get same power out put with ko3 or ko3s as it would be cheaper to buy a ko3 and send it off to become hybrid so i can still keep mine on the road?

to get the most from it you would do reuvers

arron - the housing is ever so slightly different between k03 and k03s, looked like it when i changed the k03 over to the k03s anyway, slightly bigger

you can do it without, but dont get as much benifit from it, 3" maf gives the extra airflow allowing more fuel ;)

yeah the k03 a must have a bigger intake, hence why forge make 2 differs tip for them. One for k03 and one for k03s.

I read in a post from jbs that the use k03/k03s housings for their jbs04 turbo.

Well if they are different surely people are gonna be wanting the k03s housing. It would be rather unfair if I bought a jbs04 and it came with a k03 housing. And my mate bought one and it came with a k03s housing.

no they don't??? not that I know of atleast. The K03 and k03s share the same tip. Its only slightly bigger mate.

only the OEM metal tip can't fit over the K03s. If you upgrade to forge TIP then its the same one for both
