3) wax

So what products do you recommend?

All depends on what you want to achieve.

If I was you I would go for something like
Dodo Juice Lime Prime (Pre wax cleanser that has mild cut action too. Loads of cleaning oils) and a Wax like Collinite 476s or Dodo Juice Purple Haze
