These ARBs will physically fit any car, and the 1.2 and 1.4 cars all had the smallest diameter ones. I think that the VRS ARB is slightly "softer" than the Cupra and GTI ones - if that helps! So, I'd guess that the "130 Sport" would have something close to what the VRS has - or even "softer" - IICRC there are only 18mm 19mm and 21mm ARBs. To the OP with the knocking, I hope that you didn't buy any bushes if your ARB is goosed as the bushes that you bought would be too big for the modified ARB as the tails of the plastic end stops (where the bushes are located) no longer exist on the modified ARB - so I think the new 18mm ARBs get new p/n of bushes, the new 19mm use the old 18mm ones and the new 21mm uses the old 19mm ones - if that all makes sense!
