Noisy Drivers Seat

Ive had this problem for a while now.
Its basically the bottom of the seat (the bit with your arse on) that seems to "clunk" evreytime i brake or accelerate and ive not been able to narrow it down as to where or what its coming from. There is a slight rocking in there and can be heard even when parked up if i rock too and fro, looking like someone out of a nut house! lol

Anyone ever experienced this before, any solutions pls pls pls forward them to me,

mine does it on drivers seat leather interior ............. it rocks on the spindle that it slides on backwards and forwards (electric seats) just wear and tear i think

yeah ditto, until i changed the interior

and mine, not too bad though or i would have pulled it apart and got to the bottom of it by now.
