Ive just got the adaptor the other day from ebay. Cannot get it to connect to my htc hero, but the torque app does come up with a warning about the bluetooth driver my phone is running having issues. The phone is rooted and hacked with a custom rom and overclocked processor etc, so might be ok on a standard hero. This is using the pay for version of torque.

Tried the free version of the app on the wifes htc desire and it seemed to connect to the adapter to the phone ok. Revs were working on the free version of the app when I had it connected. Haven't had a change to play with it since then.

Need to try and figure out how to change the bluetooth driver on my hero or wait till I can upgrade the phone in about 3 months time lol. Either that or steal the wifes phone. :)

I'm getting a new phone prob iPhone 4 soon - But maybe just going to keep my Hero as a SatNav/OBD reader now using torque. Anyone confirm that the Orange/Blue Bluetooth OBD dongle works ok with Torque?

I can confirm that one works fine with Torque (running on Desire HD). I keep the adapter in the glovebox as I always have my phone with me so can check any problems straight away.

Lucky really as I had a coilpack let go on the A2 today [:@] and diagnosed it in the layby past the Eltham underpass
