I have direct access to someone who has OBD 11 with a lifetime license, just like me. He got a new car, a Skoda Octavia Combi facelift, produced in February. He was able to scan the vehicle normally with the VAG app. Only the error log of the SFD 2-protected control units was partially without plain text.

I suspect it only affects the SFD protected control units and mit the SFD 2 Units

The latter I guess are what the crowd sourcing disciples are seeing. The guys that write apps by paying extra to do that, that may not get properly tested on the specific car and lead to problems... are locked out of development at the minute. That's my reading of that. Well any sensible person should code it rather one click. So they have been parked until SFD2 is sorted on Obdeleven. Obviously business as usual on all models till 2024 with SFD2 on it.

I agree you should do your research and code manually but what supprised me this morning was this on the OBD Site

Based on what I see on the OBD11 Forum I dont think you can call OCA RISK-FREE

Is there a way of turning off the eco assist? I turned the tips off but I'm wanting to turn off the annoying foot off before a roundabout etc

It is somewhere in the settings I have disabled it from the settings but I don’t remember where !

I'll have another Google and look through the manual but the only setting I found you can disable is the eco tips which is not the foot off coming up to the roundabout that's apparently eco assist and I can't find a setting anywhere

I am sure that the messages for roundabout , traffic in front etc is from when you use the maps , check the maps settings

I am 90% before i complete the Trailer Assist for Formentor MY2022 , i only need SFD for the 5F Infotainment to enable the Trailer Assist to show it at the infotainment . I will do it and i will post the results

When trying to change settings in Module 13 like turn on cruise control function on my Formentor I constantly get "something went wrong" any ideas or work around.
I've tried bonnet open, ignition on, door open
Bonnet open, ignition on, door closed
Bonnet open, engine on, door open
Bonnet open, engine on, door closed
And all the above with the Bonnet closed.

Ive logged the question. Euth their contact us support function, haven't heard anything yet.

Did you plug in the charger cable? that was what did the trick for me. Bonnet open, charger in, ignition on.

Hey, i also have problem with OBD11 unlock SFD in 5F Multimedia. On 09 Central Electronics i was able to unlock, but when trying unlock 5F i have red "something goes wrong". Anyone can help ?

To fix the issue I had I went into the options menu and had to input the 6 didgit code again. Once I confirmed the unlock code it allowed me to save any settings I was trying to make
