Currently some angel lights going fairly cheap on ebay at the moment...

this kind of unit (1 projector only for the H7 bulb and normal reflector on H1 bulb) sell for ~100euros on ebay. (ebay.de)

as for that Toledo , the lights look really good but without the leds , the cutoff line is really sharp , i'm sure it took them quite alot of time adjusting the projector to achieve that kind of light plus they used philips bulbs so that also helps ...

i'm still not sure which projector to get , today i looked at OEM Lexus projectors , they are the best i've seen so far...

there are a couple of projectors on ebay atm , the options are :

i got word that there's a local dealer selling these plug n play angel eyes and my friend said he can buy them at wholesale price, i'm driving there this weekend , i'll update when i find out more.

My angel eyes were plug in and play but came with a large stciker saying "NOT FOR HIDS" however i soon changed that :D

I think it was more of a case of shite build quaility because i had to file out the holes in order to fit them, once this was done they just slide straight in! As well as the bad fitment they wernt exactly water tight proving fine in summer but were p1ss wet through constantly over the past 3 weeks.

The ones i bought were just the cheapest i could find but proved to be pretty good IMHO (apart from them turning into mobile fish tanks, then ice cubes) and they had a really strong white beam through the projectors.

i think the leaks were down to the grommets on the hid wiring to be honest, they were a poor fit and too soft to prevent water from entering them.
