I found it well difficult, was spinning through 1st, 2nd and into third even tho i still managed to bring my time down every run, got my 60ft down to 2.2. First run was 15.5!

Tyres pumped up to normal, was running WAY too much timing for a hot day and 97ron fuel so the car was goin flat in third hence why i couldnt get over 98mph, half a tank of petrol and a dead ABS sensor doesnt help.

Was fun all the same, i'll sort the car out and do it properly next time and get some proper results.

Im aiming to break into the 12's this year with the new engine and turbo plus all the weight loss! My current best is 13.0 at 111 mph.

Ko3s, 1.1Bar map and all the mods + 888's & some weight loss.

Hopefully with the extra weight loss and other bits and bobs that'll drop down to 13.5 or better, time will tell.

I had the gt2860 small exhaust housing on before with standard engine, inlet etc. Was around 350bhp.

Ive just started the engine build today. Keep an eye on my build thread and it will explain everything.

old thread i know but thats almost exactly the same as i run at shakespeare with the same mods, also using wheels with about an inch of poke doesnt help with drag

wouldnt mind seeing times present time. see how far mods have changed performance. how much more advanced maps and bolt on mods etc. see how they have effected times.

[email protected] was latest attempt, that was on hoorin cold day. Al and Anthony's Leons were the both down 0.2 sec so you could argue that it's a bawhair away from the 12's on a good day. Not bad for a ko3s
