I doubt it would lead to anything dramatic. I know too much pressure is bad on N/a engines, I wasn't sure if Turbo applications had different requirements. I'll go for the least pressure possible I think, vent to road.

just to add, if you make a long return pipe to the tip then this would cause a baffling effect without the need for internal can baffles. no oily residue in the ends of my return pipe at all.
