oil in spark plug wells

Just changed oil and noticed oil in spark plug wells on two cylinders. Car runs fine its prob been like that since I bought it. How can I fix it and is it a easy job. Ive heard its the seals any ideas cheers . Its a mk 1 1.4

Dome seals on the rocker cover. Just nip up the little nuts on top of the rocker in the middle and see how you go.
