Sat on arse
I was just wondering what typical temperature you are getting once the engine is warm. Mine is typically running at 100-104 which seems high. This is just with normal use, not caning it. I appreciate petrol turbo engines run hot but just wanted to check in case something is amiss.

Cheers

On my tdi runs about 80-90 normal driving and around 100 on highway

But the water heats up slower than my previous golf mk4.

Normally around 90-95 in normal driving 100 motorway. Have had mine go upto 108 when I was on the motorway the other week in the hot weather. 1.4tsi

Fairly certain the manual says normal is 90 - 110

If there are any issues a warning light will come on.

Mine does 80 normal drive, around 100 on highway. Normal oil temp,no worry mate.
Just heat it up,and enjoy :)

Most standard cars will run 90-95 once fully warmed up. Thats normal. Even after a good hammering, temps should not be much over 100.

100 - 108 in my 2015 Cupra. I assume if something was wrong the car would tell you somehow.

On my 1.4 it's 90 most of the time, yesterday when it was hell hot - above 32 with heavy traffic it reached 100 - tbh I don't check it that often but rather glance trough when looking for something else...
