On the hunt for Coilovers, few questions...

found out my front struts are 55mm as everyone thought and have a price of around £470 fitted. Should i take the plunge...?

£470 sounds a great price for Coilovers + fitting! In the recent months I've been looking for a similar solution, coilover packages including fitting has not been any less than £600! Can I ask who this is with / V-Maxx coilovers?

they are now on hold for me and shall be in tommorrow hopefully

Congratulations, I'm sure you will LOVE the enhanced handling after the coilovers are fitted.

I have seen a leon fitted with these (only pictures) but from them it sits really well and i have heard comments from other that have seen it in the flesh that say it looks very well also. Looking forward to next week anyway!

Update: coilovers now fitted and im pleased with the outcome, already i think the ride quality has improved but the fronts still need to bed in so look slightly higher than the back does at the minute but everything should level out in the next week. pics to follow when i get a chance to wash her
don't worry about cleaning it, get out there with the camera you cannot tease us with words I / we demand pictures
you should see out here... its lashing it down! im already the guts of £500 out of pocket, i dont fancy having to buy a new camera also! haha
you can get waterproof cameras nowadays, as for rain its lovely outside, in fact i'm thinking of going and washing mine !
England i take it? I cant wait for my week long holiday in Lanzarote, cant be doing with this N. Irish weather any longer!
yep, stamford lincs to be precise, we went to Lanzarote in March and the weather was rubbish, I hope you get better !! even if you get rain at least it will be warm rain !
