Only tweeters working?

Hi

New on here.

Got in the car (56 plate Leon FR TDI) this morning and the only stereo sound is from the tweeters - any ideas what's wrong?

One headlamp bulb went last night but assume it's not related?

Thoughts, ideas, suggestions please.

It'll be spanish electrics ! if the temp drops below -1.5deg then my CD player stops working !

it was about -4 this morning so might sort itself when it warms up?

Probably will be the temp, my radio loses its station lock when it cold like this!

funnily enough at -5 this morning my bluetooth stopped working

never had electric problems with previous fords or my bmw in the cold. just wonded if it was a known problem or something other people have come across before i start checking wiring.

will wait for it to warm up before i start pulling anything off/out...

Just remember if you do get into wiring the tweeters are wired from the main driver so if they are working the issue should only be the main speaker or the wiring in between the two.

seemed to be working agian ok an hour or so ago. hopefully it'll not re-ocurr on my way home

Mine seem to feeze. The tweeters work fine but the main drivers appear to freeze and crackle a bit, turn the volume up and they crackle a bit more then burst into life. Very strange! Well they are coming out soon and some Focal CA1's are going in!
