looks cool, though id have done them both in black to be honest... :p

also, not sure if the laquer and primer will cope with the temps of the engine and exhaust... you got the high temp paint right... maybe should have bought high temp primer and laquer aswell maybe ;)

yeah i do fear it may come off, if it does i will do what you say :D

after all that work today and yesterday, i took my airbox off just to have a lil clean and what does my mum do, she drives over the little tube coming out the airbox. So now i might just get some ducting and hoseclip it to the airbox and maybe try make a sort of cold air feed.

I think Im just going to paint both of those. I was thinking of polishing them up nice but I think it will be too much work.

If you dont mind me asking how much did it cost for all the paint etc??

Started on my engine bay today. Aint perfect yet but its better than it was.

i paid £7 pound for the can of hammerite which i used on my rocker cover and that works just aswell, it acts as the primer, top coat and laquer so you have it all there plus its cheaper, you can get that from b&q, or halfards.

Total cost of paint was about £20 but you could get better quality stuff from somewhere other than halfrauds. I got my paint from halfords cus its literally a 1 minute drive away lol.
