Panel Filter for LCR

So whats everyone's thoughts on which panel filter would be best for my LCR?
After speaking to a few guys and reading some threads on here, l've decided to go for just a panel filter and smooth my air box out instead of the induction kit route but really don't know which one to go for
Also....can anyone suggest where's best to get one from?

Another one for the mix is BMC. I've got one on my LCR and it's been pretty good. I just want some noise now so looking into the induction route...
