Hi guys,

As mentioned in one of my other posts in this section, my car is not running great at the mo and im trying to source the problem/get it running to its full potential. I have just stumbled across this post which states that for the K03s conversion you also need a shield, heat deflector, push on connector, and Lambda probe, in addition to the K03s turbo.

http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=95246&highlight=mk3+part+number

The K03s was installed by the previous owner, and it wouldnt surprise me if the additional components have not been changed with the turbo, so now i just want to go through and check everything is as it should be.

Can someone verify exacly what should have been changed for the K03s conversion and how the parts differ from the stock K03 setup please? Also, is this post saying that a different lambda probe is required for K03s?

Thanks again guys,
Greg

dont need to change any of that lot, just a direct swap, its hardly any different really, just hold peek power better and longer :D

These are the only other bits that idealy should be changed apart from the turbo, makes for a nice clean install. :)

How come 2 of them gaskets are £0.00?

and if my maths is right all i need is a k03s and all those parts that add upto £50.61?

then it just "bolts on" ?

i think you have to block off a hose or 2 but if your car is mapped allready it will run fine as me and bill found out you dont gain that much after all dont expect big power

it does spool up quicker and is also louder even with a silencer on lol some of the bolts etc i did re-use, but it defo ran better on a suited map as the fuelling was out until i went to revo 2, good upgrade for the price i paid :D
