does any1 on here know how much BHP they can achieve , taking into account u have as much airflow as u need in and out of the engine , also wat detriments is there to running them on or very close to 100%,

just thinking out loud 2night

it's 71mg/cycle. you can run higher, but the spray paterns going to suck. Being the same as the 150/160 injectors you can see up to 220hp (having changed the turbo and IC).

Remember that one of the problems isn't quantity, but the amount of time you have to inject.

any problems that can occur from maxing them out , also why is there 3 different head gaskets of differing thicknesses and hole patterns on etka

Another one of your ideas hey steven? :think: is this what your thinking of doing to get more than 235bhp? Just order the uprated injectors from allards, only about £1500 :whistle: . Try running them at full pelt :lol:

nah , i have a budget , that would mean two more bank jobs , n kyle wants in on the next one , just wondering out of curiosity , is 1500 including vat

yeah i think so as they are about 1200+vat iirc maybe a tad more.

Just a little question : are the standard injectors of the PD130,150 &160 all the same or are they different?
My tuner says the ones from the PD160 are different from the 130/150 ones:confused:

Yeah apparently, the only difference is the 150 and 160 have a fmic

not the turbo. the injectors are the same as is the turbo. Maps runs a bit more boost and a bit more fuel IIRC.
Those allard injectors are mostly likely similar to what I'm running (very good).:)
The fuel cooler will help lower EGT a bit, but it's really there to keep the fuel cooler = better lubrification & more importantly will make sure the ECU doesn't cut back on power.;)
