i have 1999 1.4s ibzia my clutch pedal has snapped so i need a new pedal box and clutch cable has anyone had the same problem i need the parts to repair it but i dont no where i can get these from as i dont no the part numbers:( are they same as a vw if so which model

This happened to me recently. Seat will sell you the pedal box, plus all bolts and clips for about £80 (+VAT). You may find that this will deteriorate like your last one did though, so its probably worth getting it reinforced (bolted and/or welded) before fitting it to stop it happening again.
Seat quoted me about £250 labour for 3 1/2 hours work...but i got mine sorted by a mechanic mate for a lot less than this.

Ideally if you want to totally rectify it you'll be needing pedal box, clutch cable and clutch :( Or just do as alb said and reinforce the replacement pedal box so it will take the extra weight of aging clutch components

Pretty much everyone who has a mk2 ibiza has had this problem, including me!
