petrol in a diesel engine!

Hi all, just come home from work to find out the mrs has put petrol into our 1.9tdi leon fr then drove it home! She put 7liters of petrol into the tank and then realised so filled up the rest with diesel to the top then drove home. There is no probs at the moment but I dont know what to do now. What would you sugest?

You'll be fine at that dilution.

Do some miles then re-fill it so it is diluted further.

I did this on a works motor a while ago... Put £5 in the tank and then filled up with the black stuff, it was fine! It actual drove better, a bit more bang!!!

They say the petrol cleans it out a bit.

If it was a full tank of petrol then i would worry but about 6 litres then topped up with diesel is fine matey

When the local recovery co get called out to motorists to drain their tanks they just sling it into their wagons... I geuss they're not too choosey?
