had the seats partially retrimmed, thought I'd let people voice there opinions on them... marmite seats i think, some will love, some will hate, but any comments welcome... i love them thats what matters as they say...

Thanks Pete, i was thinking that, but then i thought it might be too much, as i have replacement door inserts that are in that red colour, so thought the black would break it up more...

Not bad work for £300, i love the stitched in FR logo... did an excellent job on it...

Yep, £40 for the design stitching from a guy in basildon, £350 for the job, but as i got him in touch with the guy doing the stitching, he gave me the job at discount, so total was £300 for it all... not bad aye... worth all the running around i did gettin it sorted..

EDIT:

That also includes he retrimmed all four cloth inserts (spare ones i have) with the same material...

Think he said bout £900-1100? Depending on colour and seats... I'm happy with recaro cloth.... i hate leather in the summer last two cars have burnt my legs in the summer and frozen my arse in the winter... cloth is best IMHO...

Had that before the suede last about 3000 miles then the suede just looks crap all worn...

If your not going drive the car then its fine, otherwise cloth is best option...

If you use real automotive grade alcantara ( about £80/m ) then it should be fine, the cheaper, thinner stuff does wear out very quickly.

Think it looks really cool actually. If it were mine I would have left the standard cloth and simply had the FR (minus the Leon) logo sewn on. Looks nice.
