i might try drying out with a hair dryer, i think the condensation is effecting the bulbs, buld warning light came on, so i turned car off and turned back on and all was fine, just need to sort it

Try this for getting rid of the condensation: Get a hold of those little silica bags you get in shoe boxes and tie a wire or string to them and suspend them in the headlight housing making sure the wire/thread is hanging out and jam it with the cover. When the headlights are on they heat up and evaporate the moisture which the silica bag then absorbs. Its worked ok for me on various cars in the past.

pull the back off, leave the headlights on or drive about for a day or so with them on. then pop the cover backon.

if ur car is a few years old an the cover doesnt seem as tight when u clip it on, go buy new ones from seat.

i bought new ones and they seem to seal the headlight a bit better. only get a wee bit of condensation on the corners and thats it
