pneumatic pipe for boost gauge

Just wondering if anyone knows if pneumatic pipe is suitable for connecting a boost gauge.

I am looking at using a 6mm od 3mm id pipe.It is rated up to 10 bar.
Was looking to use this as it is black as i want the oem look when plumbed in.
Obviously the pressure rating will be ok, and it is quite flexible (not as flexible as silicone pipe) so routing it will be ok.
My only concern is the temp rating, of which i dont know what it is, so was wondering if anyone else has used it for their boost gauge?

I'm to tight to buy it if i can get it for nowt from work......

get some braided one from a dealer its fitted all over the engine bay and most dealers have a few rolls in stock

PTFE pneumatic pipe is fine, not so sure about the standard stuff.

Pneumatic pipe will be fine, just route it well away from heat sources, I use it and it's fine, I got mine from RS Components and it's rated to 80 degrees C.

OEM braided stuff is crap.
