good day,need some advice please,the excessive pollution light has lit up on my cupra car drives fine no probs at all.before i part with my hard earned cash is there anything simple i can check myself???

It isn't a specific error light, it just warns that you have a problem somewhere. It could be minor - such as a sensor giving odd readings - or it could be something much more serious.

If you have access to VAG-COM, get it scanned for fault codes. If not, find somebody in your area with it or get down to your local dealer ASAP.

thanks for the advice rob have got it booked in tomorrow at a local garage to get a diagnosics done on it.

had the codes read on my cupra the other day and po411 secondary air injection systyem faulty flow came up,does anyone know what the fault may be please??
