hey guys, i need a bit of help, ive filed down the cap and got the wiper arm on. However every time it wipes, the cap pops up? Any one help?

maybe it needs to be filed down more? it could be hitting the glass at some point and popping up.

try getting someone else to turn it on while you watch what's going on

Sorted, it just needed alot more filing down off of it, to anyone who is thinking of doing the conversion, just do it, the results are great!.

I've just done this mod to my Ibiza and it was a piece of cake...took minutes to get the old style wiper off, sand the new wiper's cap down a couple of mm, and then fit the new arm and aero blade. Super easy! and a great result too. I can't understand why Seat don't fit these as standard!

I got the wiper arm off ebay for a tenner and can't wait for it to rain so I can test it for real

Anyone know what the replacement Bosch blade is for this? I did the conversion but could do with a new blade and I want to double check before I purchase any Polo rear wiper from a similiar year!

I think what you need is the Bosch A330H. 330mm/13" blade.

I have read this right haven't I? You have a Polo rear wiper and just want a replacement Bosch blade?
