Looks great [B)] Thats such a good colour.

There is one exactly the same as yours which lives near me, same colour and has the spoiler, but no mudflaps, i always have to have a drive by just to look at it

Does suit its original wheels very nicely too :)

Hello Mike, love the Arosa, looks fantastic! Is the rear spoiler a Seat part or a aftermarket item?

hey, thanks alot:D yea its the proper seat spoiler. Got it from a seat dealer. Think it was like £70. Bit of a rip off when you see its just a flimsy piece of plastic lol, but it makes all the difference I thinks

Looks very nice indeed, doesnt look like it needs much doing to it though. What are you planning ? Do like the re-arranged lupo badge at the back :D

getting some all red lupo tail lights to remove the orange bar
going to get a bit trigger happy with some paint over the summer! im thinking white mirror cases, white steels (im poor) and carry on the grey bottom across the side skirt area if im brave enough...
oh and im sticking a little white vinyl in the indent left by the badgeless grill!
want a new aerial as well as mines gone all mankey, and my drivers side leccy window doesnt work and its not the switch :(
all happening over the summer but then again i could change my mind

You could probably get away with tinting the orange strip on the tailights with some tinting spray rather than buying a new pair. I was lucky enough to buy a spare set on ebay ages ago for £12 and have been looking out for another set but, they are reaching silly prices. Im really liking the red and blue combination there - has it got viper stripes ? Its rather clean indeed :)

Hi Talby!

Car looks good, I love seeing Mk1s before anyone's really started modifying, reminds me how cute they look, mine has been non-standard for so long :D

originally i was going to tint just the indicators but they look to much like wannabe cambridge lupo lights...
but then again i suppose i don't want to make it look like a lupo!

i also think the red and blue contrast well! and yep i do have viper stripes but only on the roof! (budget white roof) but i like them! and its easy to find my car surrounded others!

and hey lunalupi! mk1s are the way forward!

Nothing wrong with viper stripes, they suit the colour of your car. The great thing about these wee cars is that you can have alot of fun messing around with them as long as you can find the parts. With tinting I would always suggest buying a spare part to do it on, I have a spare set of tailights as they would never get through MOT with the tinted ones. The red and blue combination reminds me of American comics, really vibrant and eyecatching. Im looking forward to seeing how this wee Arosa evolves so get yourself a picture thread going when you start doing things.

Nice plans for it there Talby [B)]

Are you wanting to paint your steels white?

Ive been thinking about doing that to mine, i bought some 14" Arosa steels a while back, and thought it would be an idea.

Although not sure if my spraying skills are up to that
