Nice plans for it there Talby [B)]
Are you wanting to paint your steels white?

Yeh!:D
now i know they will get filthy but i want to experiment really!
Eventually i want to get some g60 steels, i think... dont no how they will effect insurance though, Must be lower than alloys:lol:

too much white?

Once you really start modding its often actually as cheap to have alloys as steels! Cos it all counts as a wheel change (or suspension change, or interior change or, well you get the idea ;) )

Shame, its always the same...
now all i need is to get older so i can afford either!
Just really like the look of phat 15" wheel trims (like heartagram on clublupo ;) )
i'll stick to my black soon to be white (hopefully) steelies...;)

All you can do is give it a go. At least if they are steelies and you dont like them you can spray them black again. Your not losing anything this way.

Yes do the white wheels! Then i can see how they look

Im not wanting to spray mine before i find out what i can do with the bolts and centre hub. I dont want all those on display, i need to caps to cover both.

Plus i think white steels and black bolt and hub caps will look good and more finished.

Can always paint them black if they dont look good, and put the trims back on.

Its just i bought them cheap and now i dont really want to 'downgrade' my car to the base spec with wheel trims  So something more interesting for the steels might be better!

I may even go for an odd colour

We shall see :D

Doesnt look bad at all, and they would hide dirt sooo much better!!
I did this photoshop a while back with smoothed bumpers (which i dont like) and pre 'lupo' badge placement, also a bit of paint;)

i know its not accurate when showing the wheels but its to give me an idea!
I quite like it!
but if it doesnt go well i have to consider going blue, cheers!

I like that :D the white wheels would go nicely with the viper stripes :D like you say if you dont like it you can paint them blue after, you'd also have a good undercoat. Really like that lupo badge on there

Oi, no photoshops or chat in here - we have an Arosa Chat Thread for chat, and you can start a thread about your car for the photoshops, or put them in the Photoshop section ;)

In all fairness I kinda started it, I posted in here so that Talby could decide on wheel colours. Being the small and friendly arosa section I didnt see that it would be a problem

Aww, look at what I started! It was only a light hearted comment cos Cardaft started this thread as somewhere to put a picture of your Arosa so we had a nice place to see lots of members Arosas ;)
