Power rating from K04

What kind of power would I expect from an Ibiza cupra with a K04 turbo, exhaust, front mounted intercooler and a remap?

should be about 270/280 hp max. on the flywheel (with a k04-023)

Depends on which FMIC and Re-MAP also other factors like the down pipe, etc... A K04 is not a simple bolt on turbo.

lines, TIP, DP, clutch (flywheel), 4bar fpr, brakes (you'll smoke the OEM ones )

ive got everything and im halfway through it! got wilwood brakes, 310mm discs!
got maf, manifold, samco tip, all the lines, injectors on there way, dp, xxl dynatwist, battery re-location! its alot of work but should be good! currently removing subframe to get the DP in, its pretty big!

it is alot of work but depend how dedicated you are, all i no is i wouldnt want to pay someone to do it!

A Dutch guy tested his k03s a few weeks ago on the bank and
253hp (flywheel) and 382nm (282 lb/ft) with jabba and force FMIC
was the result

nick...that airfilter is fine for your k03s mate! with the xxl you need to put the battery in the boot and you wont gain anything with it on a k03s
