Powerflex bushes for Ibiza

I've been in touch with Powerflex again and been told that they are still 'looking into' manufacturing the rear beam and rear top mount bushes for a complete Ibzia kit.

Bill have you had any luck with them? Was it you they supplied the kit that didn't fit to?

you can get a complete polo 4 kit from Bonrath - same as beeza I think

I just checked on the Bonrath importer site and they do do Polo4 kits but a quick glance at ETKA shows the front bushes are different. I've asked if they will do the rear bushes seperately.

Rear top mount bushes are same as Mk2 golf - available very cheap from Bugpack approx £20

All front of car is Mk3 (4 bolt hub) Golf

Only one that is missing is rear beam pivot bush - and Bonrath do make this - and when I asked you couldnot buy them separately but mabe you can now

top mounts on mk3 cupra are weird non mk2/3 golf type.. and nasty flimsy things..
rest is as Rob says mk2/3 golf. (mk3 subframe)

Powerflex you can get from most of the people who advertise here and in discount froum or buy direct.

I also have part numbers for various rear end kits for Polo4 from Bonrath but they're stuck as I can't open Outlook. Grr!

edit - you should be able to get 20% off of the Bonrath rrp says their importer ABC/Autostyling

Powerflex now list for rear beam for Ibiza, but it is the same part number as Golf2. If that's the case, why were they not listed much earlier. Tried to get in touch with them to confirm fitment but no joy as yet. Anyone confirm the Golf2 rear beam bushes go in the Ibiza ok?

Absolutely definately not the same as Mk2 golf (or Mk3 golf)

They are polo 4. We have been down this road before I believe.

powerflex listings have to be taken with a pinch of salt - only way I do this now is to take old one off ibiza, take it to awesome (my local powerflex dealer) and tell them I want one of those (point)

Recently did the powersteering bush on mine and no one seemed to know anything about the ibiza fitment....one place even swore blind there was 2 bushes (there isn't)

Currently doing front subframe bushes which I think are Mk3 golf but we'll see....

Mk2 Ibiza front wishbone mounts (front and rear) = Mk3 Golf
Mk2 Ibiza ream beam mounts = Mk4 Polo (NOT Mk2/3 Golf)
Mk2 Ibiza front subframe mounts (4 off) = Mk2/3 Golf (Rob can you confirm)
Mk2 Ibiza powersteering mount = Mk2/3 Golf (Rob can you confirm which one it is, Powerflex list 2)

So the Mk3 Golf front 'kit' (see PM) won't be any good then.... as you need 2 x Mk2 Golf ones.... bugger! It only works out about £3 cheaper though as a kit anyway!!

Hmm... something else to add to the 'wishlist'

They dont do em
Mk2/3 golf PFF85-250, 4 needed per car £21.21 - yellow
PFF85-233, one needed only for pass side, £11.69 - purple

reckon I might just go for the wishbone ones to begin with. Subframe ones sound like alot of effort to fit !!!
