Primary user - Changing Name

Hi guys! I have the following issue: when I created my Cupra ID, I was in a hurry and I misspelled my name. I registered the car while the name was misspelled.
After 2 days I noticed the mistake when the car was welcoming me with the wrong name, I corrected my name in the Cupra ID online service, but on the car I still get the old wrong name.
What do I need to do in order to do a resync between the car and the Cupra ID data?

You will have to go to the dealer to change the name. It’s a dealer activated thing.

I managed to fix it. I deleted the primary user from the car infotainment screen and I added it again. Now it did a new resync with the servers and the name is correct. The only negative part is that I had to reconfigure everything from the scratch.
