problem when fully boosting

ooo... think i may have found the problem while i was stripping of my boost pipes,

there's a small pipe that goes into the tip near the bottom and has the metal sticking out of the tip...... that wasnt connected...must off popped of during full boost maybe?

Make sure you put a hose clip on it when you put it back togeather then mate.

Fingers crossed thats what the problem is.

ive just been out in myne and boost holds a 22 and when booting it it goes down to 15 i wiggled aroun d under the bonnet and it sorted it .chuffed now

update....nope wasnt that pipe, still in limp, goin plug it into vag com when me dad gets home with the laptop see if anything comes up.

haha... well i to would of thought it would off been that pipe... so i disconected me battery for half an hour and guess what! ive got boost back! yey.....just goin scan it aswell with VG.

Me too... been good so far, just stuggling with my vagcom atm, carnt connect with my car, dont know if its anything to do with my ecu i had as it was a 6K0 906 032 AA and me original was 6K0 906 032...?

and the AA ecu im sure it said on the tin it was made in 2003....?

yeh ecu is sound, been sealed up properly this time,
my mates vag com connects with my car ok its just mine....

You prob dont have the right driver for the cable then mate. Try having a look/search in the vag-com section for the right one.

what do you mean right driver for the cable? everything is now the same as it was the other month ( laptop, cable ) and it used to scan my car for faults-the only thing thats changed is the ecu...but why my mates work and not mine... will have a look in vagcom section now but ......
