problem with coil packs

my cars been miss firing like mad so i bought a set of bolt down coil packs from euro car parts which were listed for the car just put them in and it brings up 4 faults codes straight away as soon as u rev it. cylinder 4 etc open circuit took it for a drive to see what it was like and it drive spot on im guessing there the wrong ones for the car does anyone know which ones i should have from euro??

You should really get some from the dealer... Only £20 odd for genuine bosch ones that will last you much longer than ECP ones, and will actually work.

mine from ecp work fine...... just get the brand one beginning with a B (beru i think or somehting) they are the SAME as the ones from the dealers and cheaper and last just as long.....

had this same issue

turned out when i looked further in to it one of the spark plugs was lose

just have a look see if any are lose mate,it dose happen

cheers just rang tps and they have 4 in stock they said they are like 25 each just waiting to hear back from euro carparts to see if they did supply me the wrongs ones and if they will give me a refund

I had the same problem mate.

Cheap ECP ones.

Get the top brand from ECP and you will be fine. Can't remember the name.

think they are the ones i bought (bremi) i put 2 original ones back in and the 2 faults codes go away but theres still 2 coming up on cylinder 3 and 4 so if def the coils
