Problem with my fk's help

is there s bump stop that they're sitting on now?

how far does the damper rod go down without spring attached... how far does it sit relative to this mark when its sat as low as you can adjust it?

i'll do pic's tommorrow as soon as i get to work. no its not sitting on the bump stops and the pistons got bout 3 inchs left before it hits.
Jacked up both sides together and adjusted them so don't think its twisted.
I don't think its posible to fit the top mounts wrong did exactly as it should like they were?

im not 100% here without checking, but the stem below the spring looks alot longer than mine.

thats what i needed to know. Thats exactly what i thought that the shock was too long and making it sit high

the lower part of the shock (un-threaded bit) is deffinetly longer than mine..

any chance some1 could mesure it for me? The shock body that not threaded down to just before the lower mounting bush. Would help loads think fk's put the kit together wrong

That strut is defo to long, thats why it is sitting so high.
I'd contact them asap, to get an exchange.

way to long my god they are bloody massive. god nos what they will be off.

get them sent back asap and get replacement .

Its absolutly miles out mate, i just managed to get a tape measure behind the wheel, and the un-threaded bit is about 100mm.

I`d get on the phone ASAP. Got to be some compensation to be had. Garage labour charges and all.

ha ha i'm a mechanic so set em up myself bit off a **** cause i had the front 4 wheel aligned hope i ain't gotta take fronts off again. Fk's obviously batched em wrong company i got em froms being really helpfull though so hopefully be sorted soon
