Bill as far as im aware, he got car bk from having ihi fitted and it was 320bhp at 1.4bar, nothing changes, puts it on rollers at another place and its 270bhp at 1.2bar.
That right caveo?

Thats right mate , only just got vag-com and boost gague should be ere tomorrow.

On your JBS printout it said 1.4-1.2 so i assume it's a 1.4bar spike to 1.2 at 6000rpm
Should be 300bhp 320lb/t imo.

Interestingly, my JBS printout says 1.2-1.0 bar, but in reality is more like 1.6-1.4. Also Steve mentioned on the phone mine had been mapped to 22psi, so I don't think those figures can be taken as official. However, my torque is nowhere near 320lb/ft (due to large port head I'm told).

My car is so going to go pop! Time for a second opinion on some other rollers.

This doesnt make sense mate. It cant drop after the red line cos you change gear. You must be getting confused. A 1.4bar spike holding 1.2bar to the red line doesnt sounds about right. Your car isnt even doing that though so its a little irrelevant unless thats what you were told it was doing.

Right guys just after i got my BT i had the water pump go so had to drive very steady for 48 hours. Just been talking in another thread , could it be my temp sensor and how could i tell if it was??
