did'nt nick tell me your was mapped to run with apexi tho, but he did'nt have the apexi... something like that I recall.
doug even said that it was mapped for apexi boost controller , thats why the car was running slow , also the timing had been turned down for some reason ,
also the new owner greg took it to jbs and got it mapped with a few new bits , do you speak to the new owner hooch , the one whos brakes you got on your car

The Polo is finally finished!!
Got the remap from JBS.... custom code phase 2, & it flys!
Im very impressed with the power, doesnt matter what gear your in if your over 2.5k the torque is soo much!
I have a few problems with the car tho...
The crankcase has too much vaccum pressure or something along those lines, should I check the PCV??
And also on boost spike the boost gauge goes upto 1.9BAR! ! !
JBS have told me the K04 cant do that! And that my gauge is showing wrong reading so I am going to put on another gauge and check.
My REV counter only shows upto 6K, what revs can I go upto on the 1.8t??
I've only been going upto 5 and its more than enough!!
I will be out with my camera tomorrow so will put them on youtube with a link on here...

That was in the wet, the K04 boost spike is too much in the wet, at about 3.5k it starts to lose traction...

Im taking it back to JBS because im seeing boost spikes of 1.7bar & 2bar in 5th gear, and to get a dyno read out.
Im taking out the A/C pump and Powersteering pump just been struggling to find a smaller belt the size I need!
suspension and brakes nearly finished so I Can drive safely!
My engine has done 44K but the cambelt looks wobbly so im going to change that but I think to change it I need to take the engine out cos there no space!! will change the water and oil pump at the same time...
Really tempted to get the ATP bolt on gt2871R but im holding back.. the traction issues making me wanna sell my car now, its just so annoying!
I was thinking to get the Racelogic traction control system, but that will only work if I can find someone to de-activate the mis-fire detect in the ECU... any ideas?!
Heres two clips of my racing my mates Honda HSX-T, its 290bhp.
My intercooler pipe kept popping off, but he startd to make distance after about 100 in the first clip and 70 in the second.. In both clips when he starts to pull away like crazy thats because my pipe came out I was coasting to a suitable place to stop!!!
