Puffs of burning oil

Hi again all, just a quick question 4 u all. went out 2 my car this morning to start it as it aint been used since before all this snow and notice there was puffs of like burning oil smells coming through the heaters. I'd been noticing this 4 a while but just put it down to being the car in front of me usually as mine is serviced often using all the proper oils and other parts for the car.

Also the car has been going into limp mode a lot lately, my mate put his fault finder on it and it showed "full to lean" wot does this mean? could it be causing the burned oil smell?

could he have ment fuel too lean? needs checking on vag com or similar.
sooner rather than later if it were me.

yea fuel to lean lol. I'm ordering vagcom when i get paid anyway so i'll just use the mrs 1.2 8v clio and tear my hair out and die of embarresment as i go up the hills in 1st gear withthe car screamin and 10 mile tailback behind me lol.
