quick shift gear linkages

hi guys i am buying a T(99) cupra sport 8v for track days and the gear linkage is a bit worn where or can i get a quick shift from many thanks rich

I have it its well worth getting, -make sure its all tightened up when you get it to remove any slack that comes out of the box - its obvious when you get it!
