oh the nozzles are like rocking horse sh!t

good luck getting them.

bosio don't seem to do many. and then you need them setup in bodies.

I've a spare set of 150 injectors if your going that route. At the moment ive 3 sets

how much u want for a set then john, how much did it cost for the race ones, web link not easily readablwe, or could be just my works comp

I have some sets of those nozzles.

At the moment they are not produced anymore.

They will cost 400€

alex , are they complete injectors or just the ends and have to have someone rebuild

For 400 Euro its just the nozzle tips as usual.
If you want complete injectors this is possible to, but you need to send your injectors to rebuilt or pay a security deposit charge for exchange injectors which you get back when your old injectors arrive and are technical ok.

So you do the work then ? How much for the rebuilds. How can I be sure they would all work ok , think in another post someone had a faulty one
Not that I'm doubtin anyones workmanship just didn't want car off road for ages etc

I actually let the work do by bosch diesel specialists, the rebuilt them AND modify the pop pressure to the bigger holes. You get full test protocol for each nozzle with flow dyno and so on.
IMHO this is best way to do it, bit his company charges 350€ for this work.

When customers hear that, they dont want this afford anymore and just want them rebuilt on "good luck"....

I personally wouldnt do it without testing and protocoll.

so its about 750 euros then for the set to be done,

i think for the time being im gona hold back,

its going to cost about £1k for the camshaft & bits and bobs , am thinking while its off the road i might go down the hybrid route the same time , i believ its around £500 for sending mine off , not sure who to go with or what turbo

for the time being could i just get this work done and run the new hybrid for a while or best get it mapped the same time which is prob another £500

are there anything else i can prepare for this , i have a miltek decat system, and a green panel filter , am going to smooth the airbox out soon too,

is there a need for an uprated fuel pump etc
