Has anyone tried a polished face finish with the rest being gloss anthracite or silver? I’ve seen this with polished face and black but I think that’s too much of a contrast.

I appreciate its not going to be everyone's cup of tea but I think the effect works really well on wheels which have flat face like the LCR. The idea originates (for me anyway) from one of my previous cars - the Honda S2000. The wheels in the picture probably dont show exactly what I mean but this is the sort of thing... you can just about see the shiny finish on the most flat part of the spokes and lip. I believe it's normally lathed. So not chrome like.

I normally despise all things chav but white wheels on red work very well. Also I don’t think white is chav – white in both cars and wheels is the new silver.
It’s the current trend, set mainly by Japanese imports.
i just got my cupra alloys re-furbed only took about 4 weeks to do lol as i had to do it one at a time but it was worth the odd looking alloys as they look great now, in gloss black with a diamond cut lip. i looked at hiring a car for a week but cost loads of money and so i was patient and saved myself the 103 quid
whats peoples opinions of black alloys with red lip on a platinum cupra?

Can someone photoshop these alloys to see what they would look like on a black LCR??
Im deffo gonna get mine done at Spit N polish now 
OMG they would look awesome on a black car!!!! I am seriously considering these.
