Rear Engine Mount - Back to Standard

I changed my rear engine mount to a polyurethane one nearly a year ago, now I'm throughly bored of being shaken to bits at the traffic lights.

I want to go back to standard, I still have the old bush so do I just put that back on or will I need a new one. If so where's the best place to buy one?

Car is a 54 Leon FR 20vt

You can't buy the std bush - you have to buy the whole dogbone.....

Poly bushes are notorious for shaking when idling, you should try the hardened rubber bushes like the one supplied by INA or THS. People who have these fitted report no vibration on idle.

It could be wrongly tightened, as in too much.
Mine is fine and I have it for less than 6 months.

Maybe you have some rough idle issue due to some vacuum leak or something else...

It's not an idle issue.
Incorrect tightness is a possibility. What torque settings did you use for the two bolts?

My mechanic tightened it by hand, so can really say...
But it wasn't to tight
