Rear passenger door trim removal

Hi All. The offside PAX door central locking mechanism has packed up. I have tried to remove the door trim to gain access but I can't get the top bit off. Can anybody tell me how to get the top bit of the trim (around the handle and lock leaver) off please?

Usual request sorry - but which year is this - as there are currently five versions of the Alhambra out there, if memory is correct two different body styles and three revision's.. Mine is The newer shape but revision two MY01 to give you an idea.. So age and model type would help please...

Sorry should have said. It's a 55 plate 2001. No wonder it's falling apart!

I opened my door panel from inside with a screwdriver. Take the door panel off first
