rear sub frame bushes

does any 1 no were theres a thead on how to fit the rear bushes on lcr or how to do them cos the instructions are pants and do they fit a certian way cos 1 side of the rubber is nearly flush and the other side is raised any help would be great

i know you need a press to press them in mate, wont go in without.

you can buy the tool, circa 60 quid though.. may be easier for garage to do.

have you got the oldones out yet? you will probably have to burn them out then chisel the rest out, cant be as bad as doing the bushes on a laguna, there reet ***** to do, are you going polyurethane?

yea doing poly and been told a way to do it just hope it works

If it's the sub frame bushes these are supposed to be fitted and pulled into place with the bolts when fitting to the car.
