rear washer leaking - how to fix?

Hi all

I've taken the boot trim off, and turned the back washer on and the water is peeing out of the red section highlighted here:

is there a fix for this, or do i need to buy a new car?

oh dear, more serious than i thought!

Anyone tried to bodge this? I know it will probably affect the handling and performance but willing to give anything a go
