Rear wiper - nice feature

For those that can't be bothered to read the WHOLE manual!!!

I thought my 2.0 TDI Stylance had developed a fault as my rear windscreen wiper appeared to come on of it's own accord (why do we only consult the manual when we think there is a problem!!!)

Alas no, this is a feature...

If you have your front windscreen wiper on (even intermittant i think) and you select reverse, your back wiper will flash once suspecting it's raining!!! I guess that's pretty clever. Not sure if this feature has existed before on VW, Seat, Audi etc but having never had one, i learned this today!!!

got it on my megane, nice touch isn't it. thought mine was going mental before i worked out how it worked.

leave it on intermittent and when you pull up at the lights the wipers stop ??? pull away not seeing clearly if lights are clear of traffic or pedestrians and they wipe again once moving ?

never could figure that out

Also at about 80mph (on an airfield) the intermittent wiper speed changes.

Also theres a wierd little feature that if you turn off the car and leave the keys in, then press the wiper arm down as if to intermit one wipe, the blades park at the bottom like a conventional car. Whats all that about?
