Rear Wiper Options

Alright guys,

Time has come to change the rear wiper after 18 months of ownership (haha - I was skint, I bought a house !).

I know you can swap it for the Fabia wiper, and although it is a big improvement, I'm looking for alternatives.

What other wipers will fit the Leon, bear in mind I still want useability & it needs to look good.

Would the Audi A3 wiper fit ?

Any other options ?

I ent done this yet its the first mod but I keep forgetting.

Im going fabia I think, although Rick C has put a blanking gromet in and looks ok, but you want to keep it.

There is also the Touran wiper. However i am with transporter on this one. The Fabia wiper suits the back of a Leon better (imo) than the touran etc does

aero wiper from vag-parts (golf, but will fit Leon)

Cost under £20 inc p+p

i got the polo one for the Beeza, bit cheaper coz it's shorter.
looks good, and it uses the floppy aero blade

Do you know if the new facelift ibiza aero arm and blade fits the prefacelift?

yeah it does, but vag-parts is cheaper than Seat dealer

vinyl store mate, £4 if i remember correctly.

Also got the etched one on the front window, just above the rear view mirror

i have the touran one, and it is an aero wiper, same as the polo one only covers more of the window. every bugger has got the fabia one ( it is very nice)so i tried to get something different. horses for courses, each to his own etc etc.

same as vicky's, bought from wolfsburg parts on ebay for a huge 18quid for all the genuine vag parts! 4 quid postage or something.
