Recirculating Dump Valve

THS Performance.

Looks reasonable, with reasonable price, but any thoughts much appreciated.

is there any benefit to changing the standard valve if no remap? my lcr is completely standard at present...itching to do a few mods but concerned about devaluing it!

The original bosch valves can weaken so it'll help if anything with response.

No performance advantage, but just a safer bet than the standard bosch units which dont last forever. I'm only changing as i'm about to have a remap, and they are pretty essential then.

Seen one in the flesh and compared to my Forge one absoluty no difference at all.

Just read that in their terms & conditions. I didnt think a firm could do that! If thats how much confidence they have in their product i'd spend an extra few £'s on a tried & tested brand

I'm fairly sure that UK rules state it has to have some form of warranty if it's being sold as a new product. But dodgy imports are obviously excluded from that so it's tough titty if it goes wrong. Considering the price you can get the 007P for with the forum discount from Forge, it's madness going for a rip off that's not far off the same price, IMO.

I think they're trying to say that they are ignoring the Sale of Goods Act and that purchasers have no statutory rights.

If you are buying the product from a UK based retailer then it doesn't matter where it comes from. Your contract of sale is between you and the retailer and they are obliged to repair / replace faulty goods within 12 months of purchase.

No chance of that, Ive just seen two second hand forge dvs sell for over £75 on ebay!!???

There are a couple in the For Sale section here at the moment I think for much less than that.
