removing door cards and windows???

any idea if they are easy to remove,

and also removing the little rear quarter windows, they look like they will pop out. anyone done it.

There's a guide to removing the door cards, front and back, on the site - it's in the proper guides section too.

Windows I'm not sure about, but I'd be worried about damaging them...
