Removing Pre facelift fog light?

How do you remove the plastic surround on the fog light for a prefacelift bumper?

I see there is a star shaped screw, but this appears to be what holds the fog light in

does the plastic casing just pop out?

I thought this might be it, but pulling on it earlier, I was not sure, didnt want to snap it (and yes reading that back, it sounds really dodgy)

same on the facelift Tone, you need girly fingers and a lot of confidence lol

right well im screwed then, thats two things I aint got

Made do with tugging the grill out at one top edge then working along top to bottom.
