stock many of the upgrade/rebuild parts

Cheers Bill, I have purchased from you before.

It turns out the turbo shell looks shot too. May as well go hybrid turbo yes?
Current relevant mods: induction kit and cone 80mm

Mods fitted during repair: manifold (relentless pro4), 3"dp with 200cell cat, cat back, V2.2 B5 TIP, BAM engine with eagle rods.

Any recommendations on turbo, clutch, single mass flywheel, recirc valve and fuel pressure regulator? Might as well do this properly. Diff probably a good idea too? Catchcan required? and then a remap, not sure what ball park to aim for though.

I'm currently looking at:

Turbo:
k418t-167-p.jpg
Irritatingly out of stock atm though.

Clutch: Been recommended helix. Not sure tbh.
Looked at this in the past though:

Flywheel: Not a clue

Recirculation valve: forge

Fuel pressure regulator:
$_57.JPG

LSDiff: No idea

Any suggestions appreciated.

Cheers, Ash

Recirculation valve: forge 008 I think, although I have heard the 007 is the preferred route for some reason. Not sure how true this is "I have been advised that the 007p is the better bet as any air being leaked does not pass through the MAF and therefore affects the MAF reading and fueling." Maybe if it is closed off and leaking? Wrong spring?

hybrid will want 550cc not 4bar fpr
3" downpipe and exhaust, 80mm TIP/Induction, FMIC, water meth, high flow exhaust manifold

Usual hybrid mods... which on a rodded motor should get you in the 330-350bhp range
